You can find detailed information regarding our terms and conditions on our on-line store however here is a short summary of the main points.

  • "We will normally send your order to you in 4 - 6 working weeks" however as you will see from comments from customers on our Testimonials page, we make every effort to get items to you sooner if needed for a particular date or occasion.  As all our pieces are made to order and then sent to the Assay Office for hallmarking there is a limit to how fast we can turn around orders but we are always happy to go the extra mile if at all possible.
  • "You are quite free to return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund" however we have fortunately or perhaps due to good service never had to do this as yet.  Your satisfaction is of top importance to us so again we will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase and will never be out of pocket.
  • "All items are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK), Airsure or International Signed For to ensure safe and reliable delivery" and so far we have had a 100% success rate in terms of delivery.  If ever something did go missing however there are tracking numbers to trace it's whereabouts.  The package is also insured.

In dealing with customers who order commissions, there tends to be a lot of discussion prior to making the piece, so a relationship is built up with the customer in question.  All the terms and conditions that apply to the on-line store apply to commission customers also.
